Shipping Information

Melatoninstore.eu delivers within the European Union from our logistics partners in the EU. We aim to ship all orders quickly, safely, and in full compliance with Bulgarian and EU regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products, especially melatonin, are permitted for import and use in their destination country. Melatoninstore.eu operates under EU laws and the free movement of goods within the single market, but cannot be held responsible for any restrictions that apply in the receiving country.

Shipping Area: All EU member states.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping may apply for orders over specific thresholds depending on your country.
Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Tracking: A tracking link is sent when your order is shipped. You can also track your order via your account dashboard.
Customs & Duties: No customs fees apply within the EU. We do not ship outside the EU.

Payment Information

We use Mollie to securely process payments. You may choose from iDEAL, Klarna, credit/debit cards, MobilePay, Revolut Pay, Google Pay, and other options. Payments are made at checkout and fully encrypted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow our return procedure. To request a cancellation, please visit our Contact page.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page. In case of loss, we will investigate with the carrier. Resolution may take up to 14 working days. Melatoninstore.eu is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We comply with EU rules regarding your right to return items:

Return Window: You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page. We will provide the return instructions and address.
Cost: You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is incorrect or defective.
Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable: Opened or used melatonin products due to hygiene and safety standards.
